- discontinous easement
- An easement characterized by a use not so continuous as to be conspicuous. 25 Am J2d Ease § 32. An easement which can only be enjoyed by the intervention of a human agency, such as a right of way. In some states continuous easements will pass by implication in a grant and discontinuous easements will not. Anne: 34 ALR 234.
