A desertion of one's spouse with evil intent and malice; a desertion in disregard of the duty to one's spouse. 27 Am J1st H & W § 437. As a ground for divorce:--abandonment of one's spouse with an intent to terminate the marriage relation or an intent not to return. 24 Am J2d Div & S § 98. For definition of term as it pertains to the refusal of sexual intercourse as grounds for divorce. Anno: 175 ALR 711.
