joint possession
A possession of premises held by two or more persons jointly, as by tenants in common, coparceners partners, and the like. Such persons are seized for themselves and for each other. All are equally entitled to possession, and the possession of any one of them is the possession of all. Knapp v Reed, 88 Neb 754, 130 NW 430.
