interim report
A report by a fiduciary of the condition of the estate and his administration thereof, furnished between the filing of the inventory of the estate and the final report, either as required by law or by order of the court. A report required of a trustee in bankruptcy concerning the condition of the estate in bankruptcy, the amount of money on hand, and such other details as may be required by the court, one to be furnished within the first month after the appointment of the trustee, and one every two months thereafter, unless otherwise ordered by the court. 9 Am J2d Bankr § 1259.
