Selling merchandise, lunches, cigarettes, cigars, etc. to persons on the street in vehicles. The use of the public streets by a person, firm or corporation engaged in business in any store, temporary or permanent stand or box, building, structure or the like, for the sale or solicitation of goods, wares or merchandise.
