A court having jurisdiction of proceedings in bankruptcy, which, in the terms of the Bankruptcy Act, is a United States District Court and a District Court of the territories and possessions to which the Act is or may hereafter be applicable. 9 Am J2d Bankr § 25. Unless the context of the Bankruptcy Act requires otherwise, the term "court," as used in the Act, means the judge or the referee of the court of bankruptcy in which the proceedings are pending. 9 Am J2d Bankr § 92.
