continuance in good health

continuance in good health
A condition in a life insurance policy construed by some authorities to mean that there have been no changes in the condition of the insured's health following the making of the application for insurance, but other authorities hold that the condition requires that the applicant be in good health at the time the policy is issued or delivered, irrespective of whether or not the condition was the same at delivery as it was at the application for the policy. 29 Am J Rev ed Ins § 224.
