The equivalent of without jus tification. The use of the phrase in a pleading has been held not objectionable as constituting a mere conclusion of law. It was also held that the pleader was not required to elaborate the phrase. Freeman v Macon Gas Light & Water Co. 126 Ga 843, 56 SE 61.
