A term of possible use as precatory. An absolute devise by a lawyer to his wife followed by the precatory words "well knowing that she will bequeath the property to the children," creates a trust, considering the knowledge of the testator as a lawyer and the intent manifested by the words. Doe's Will, 192 Wis 333, 212 NW 781.
