Thellusson Act

Thellusson Act
An English statute by which all persons are prohibited from settling property by deed or will so that the rents and profits shall be wholly or partially accumulated for a longer term than the life of the settlor, or 21 years after his death, or during the minority of a person or persons living at the time of the death of the settlor, or during the minority or respective minorities only of a person or persons who, if of full age, would have been absolutely entitled under the settlement.
