The expiration of the period of time during which the offer is to remain in effect, whether such be a definite period as fixed by the terms of the offer or by custom or usage of trade, or the reasonable period of time during which an offer remains in effect in the absence of a definite time limit; the withdrawal or revocation of the offer before it has been accepted; the death of the offeror or offeree; or the rejection of the offer by the offeree. 17 Am J2d Contr §§ 35 et seq.
