A phrase which, as the place of payment of a promissory note, is indefinite, so that the maker has the right to require the holder to make an election as to which bank shall be the place of' payment, and, in default of such election being made by the holder, to make his own election and give notice thereof to the holder. 11 Am J2d B & N § 972.
