slight negligence
A classification as impracticable as any classification according to a concept of degrees of negligence. 38 Am J1st Negl § 45. An absence of that degree of care and vigilance which persons of extraordinary prudence and foresight are accustomed to use; not sufficient as the foundation of an action or as a defense in a negligence action. 38 Am J1st Negl § 45.
