Simultaneous Death Act
A uniform law which provides that where title to or the devolution of property depends upon priority of death and there is no sufficient evidence that the persons have died otherwise than simultaneously, the property of each person shall be disposed of, except as otherwise provided in the act, as if he had survived. 9C ULA 160; Anno: 20 ALR2d 236, § 1; 22 Am J2d Dth § 297.
