A term stating the subject of marine insurance effected for the purposes of a fishing voyage, consisting principally in the apparatus and instruments necessary for the taking of fish, seals, etc., and the disposing of them when taken, in such a manner as to bring home the produce of the voyage, but not including "goods" in the ordinary sense of the term. 29 Am J Rev ed Ins § 304.
