A principle declared in a famous English decision (Wild's Case, 6 Coke l6d, 77 Eng Reprint 227):-where there is a devise to one and his or her children, and there are children in existence, it will be presumed, in the absence of any contrary indication in the context, that the parent and children were intended to take a fee concurrently.
