Those remedies in equity by which the plaintiff is restored to the full enjoyment of the right, property, or estate to which he is entitled, but which use and enjoyment have been hindered, interfered with, prevented, or withheld by the wrongdoer. See 1 Pomeroy's Equity Jurisprudence § 112.
