A judicial record of the ascertainment of the guilt of a person accused of crime and judgment thereon by the court, implying not only the record of a verdict, but also the record of the court's judgment or sentence thereon. Commonwealth v Minnich, 250 Pa 363, 95 A 565. See recordation of verdict.
