primary boycott
A boycott applied directly and alone to the offending person by withdrawing from him all business relations on the part of the organization that initiated the boycott. A combination to refrain from dealing with an employer, or to advise, or by peaceful means persuade, his regular customers to refrain. 31 Am J Rev ed Lab § 462.
