praecipe quia dominos remisit curiam
A writ because the lord has waived his court. A writ of right thus called was formerly used for the same purpose as the later praecipe in capite to oust the lord of his jurisdiction by suing out this writ in the king's court, instead of by writ of right in the court-baron of the lord. See 3 Bl Comm 195.
