Power Commission

Power Commission
A commission created by the Federal Power Act, consisting of five members appointed by the President, by and with the consent of the Senate, to carry out the provisions of the act, including the regulation of electric utility companies engaged in interstate commerce. 43 Am J1st Pub Util § 236.
