The place fixed by the terms of the contract in express terms. The place which as determined by fair inference in construction of the contract, is to be the place of performance in accordance with the intention of the parties. In instances where there is neither express nor implied agreement as to the place of performance, the place where the contract was made. 17 Am J2d Contr § 331.
