Packers and Stockyards Act

Packers and Stockyards Act
A federal statute, enacted in 1921, which imposes conditions upon the right to engage in business as commission men and livestock dealers in stockyards and provides for the regulation of such business in various respects. 7 USC §§ 181 et seq., 201 et seq.
