The rights of an owner. Title to property. Dominion over property. The right of possession and control of property, including the right to protect and defend such possession against the intrusion or trespass of others. 42 Am J1st Prop § 40. The right to dispose of a thing as one pleases, provided the rights of others are not thereby infringed or some law violated.
