nonnegotiable bill of lading
Any bill of lading which is not negotiable according to the definition in the UCC § 7-104. A bill of lading in which the goods are consigned or destined to a specified person. Uniform Bills of Lading Act §§ 4, 5. Otherwise known as a straight bill of lading.
