An easement the enjoyment of which can be had only by the interference of man, that is, one which has no means specially constructed or appropriated to its enjoyment and which is enjoyed at intervals, leaving between these intervals no visible sign of its existence, such as a mere right of way or a right to draw water. 25 Am J2d Ease § 10.
