Miller-Tydings Act

Miller-Tydings Act
A federal statute, enacted in 1937, constituting an amendment to the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, declaring in effect that the fixing by agreement of the minimum resale price of commodities shall not be deemed unlawful by reason of anything contained in the anti-trust act, whenever such agreements are lawful where the resale is made. 15 USC § 1.
