merchandise broker
A person who negotiates the sale of merchandise for others without having it in his possession or control. See Robinson, Norton & Co. v Corsicans Cotton Factory, 124 Ky 435, 99 SW 305; Jones v Pittsburg, 176 Pa Super 154, 106 A2d 892.
