As a ground for withdrawing a plea of guilty:–something more than the expectation of a sentence less severe than that actually imposed. Injustice from conduct improperly inducing accused to expect lenient punishment or from the accused's misunderstanding, reasonably entertained, of the trial judge's remarks, regarding the severity of the sentence that might be imposed. 21 Am J2d Crim L § 511.
