magisterial precinct
The area or district which constitutes the territorial jurisdiction of a justice of the peace and sometimes serves as an election district or precinct. Breckinridge County v M'Cracken (CA6 Ky) 61 F 191, 194 (referring to the term as known to the bar in Kentucky.)
