Kickback Act

Kickback Act
A federal statute which provides that whoever induces any person employed in the construction or repair of any public building or work, or building or work financed by loans or grants from the United States, to give up any part of the compensation to which he is entitled under his con- tract of employment, is subject to fine or imprisonment, or both. 18 USC § 874.
