The provision in an appeal bond purporting to cover "all damages caused by wrongfully suing out said injunction," the appeal being from an order dissolving an injunction, does not bind the surety for damages sustained in consequence of the injunction being kept in force by the appeal. 5 Am J2d A & E § 1058.
