Any bodily harm which is caused to be suffered by the act of one person upon another. Commonwealth v Macloon, 101 Mass 1. For some purposes, confined to an injury intentionally produced, not including an injury caused by an insane person. Great Southern Life Ins. Co. v Campbell, 148 Miss 173, 114 So 262, 56 ALR 681 (phrase appearing in exception stated in double indemnity provision of life insurance policy.)
