Appliances used in cleaning or cooling the air in a building. Whether or not the equipment is a fixture, thereby constituting a part of the real estate, is a question to be answered according to the particular circumstances involved, such as the degree of attachment to the realty and the degree to which it is especially adapted to the premises involved.
