Hague Tribunal
A name applied first to an international court of arbitration established by the International Peace Conference of 1889, later to the Permanent Court of International Justice established under the auspices of the League of Nations in 1920, but now to the International Court of Justice established as the judicial branch of the United Nations. 30 Am J Rev ed Internat L § 54.
