habere facias possessionem
The technical term applied to a writ of possession for the execution of a judgment in favor of a plaintiff in ejectment. 25 Am J2d Eject § 133. A writ of possession directed to the sheriff of the county commanding him to give actual possession to the plaintiff who had established his right to recover a chattel interest in land in a real or mixed action. See 3 Bl Comm 412.
