general prayer
A prayer of a bill in equity whereby the plaintiff seeks generally such relief as he is entitled to under the allegations of the bill. Usually, a prayer, joined with a prayer for special relief, for such other and further relief as plaintiff may be entitled to in the premises. 27 Am J2d Equity § 182.
