full actual loss
The entire loss, which, in the case of goods damaged in transit, is ordinarily established by the difference between the fair market value of the goods undamaged and their fair market value as delivered in damaged condition. Meltzer v Baltimore & Ohio R. Co. (DC Pa) 38 F Supp 391.
