A term designating the subject matter of a sale of manufactured goods, binding the seller, if he makes any of the product, to sell it to the buyer at the agreed price, and binding the buyer, to take all the product made by the seller at the time the buyer may choose to terminate the agreement. 46 Am J1st Sales § 65.
