A witness incompetent to testify because of his mental condition, want of sensibility to the obligation of an oath, the privileged nature of the communication or other source of his knowledge of the facts, or interest in the result of the suit in a case where he is called to testify on his own behalf, in an action in which the adverse party is a personal representative of a decedent or the guardian or committee of an incompetent, concerning a transaction with the person since deceased or become incompetent. 58 Am J1st Witn §§ 102 et seq.
