The clause of a bill in equity under the older practice, consisting of an allegation that the wrong complained of was brought about by a conspiracy between the several defendants, that they had all conspired to injure the plaintiff, and had co-operated in the perpetration of the wrong. 19 Am J 2d Eq § 181.
