consideratum est per curiam

consideratum est per curiam
It is considered by the court. A judgment takes this form to show that it is the act of the law as interpreted by the court and so declared after due deliberation; for if a judgment recited "it is decreed, or resolved," by the court, it might appear to be the act of the court rather than the act of the law. 3 Bl Comm 396.
