Child Labor Amendment
A proposed amendment to the United States Constitution, granting to Congress the power to limit, regulate, and prohibit the labor of persons under 18 years of age; submitted to the states for ratification by Congress in 1924, but failing of ratification, being ratified by only 28 states.
