bodily infirmity
Something of a permanent, established, or settled character, that materially impairs, weakens, or undermines the constitution of a person, tends to reduce his powers of resistance, and thereby enhances the risk of death in case of injury. 29A Am J Rev ed Ins § 1211. See physical infirmity.
