Literally, an application for equitable relief because the plaintiff fears, such relief being intended to prevent the harassment of a plaintiff by repeated suits brought by the defendant concerning a subject matter of such nature that equity can for once and for all determine conclusively and finally the rights of the plaintiff and the defendant thereto.
