A bill in equity to enjoin the enforcement of a judgment of a court of law where such enforcement would be against conscience by reason of facts of which the party seeking relief could not have availed himself in the law court, or could have done so but was prevented by fraud or unavoidable accident, with no fault or negligence on his part.
