Aviation Act

Aviation Act
The federal statute which provides in detail for a federal aviation program, continues the Civil Aeronautics Board as an agency of the United States, and also establishes a Federal Aviation Agency which is headed by an Administrator. 8 Am 32d Avi § 10.
