Vice President of the United States
An office provided by the Constitution of the United States, the incumbent of which is elected with the President and serves the same term of office as the President, the salient feature of which is the succession of the incumbent to the powers and duties of the office of the President upon the removal of the latter from office or his death, resignation, or inability to discharge the duties of the office. Any employee who represents the employer in the discharge of those personal or absolute duties which every employer owes to his employees.
