United States Circuit Court of Appeals

United States Circuit Court of Appeals: A United States court which was created in 1891, with three judges for each circuit, and hearing appeals from the United States district courts and formerly, appeals from the United States Circuit Court. Succeeded by the United States Court of Appeals. See court of appeals.
