Organizing a union of employees of' a particular shop or business; inducing the employees of it particular shop or business to join a labor union. 31 Am J Rev ed Lab § 54. In fine distinction, not the inducing of employees to become members of a labor union, but inducing the employer to enter into a collective labor agreement with the union. Per Opinion of Brandeis, J., dissenting in Hitchman Coal & Coke Co. v Mitchell, 245 US 229, 62 L Ed 260, 38 S Ct 65.
